Project Studio wins its first award for Crusader Mill, Penthouse apartment project at the Northern Design Awards

We are delighted to have won the Residential Award – under £100k category for Crusader Mill, Penthouse Apartment.

We were appointed by Capital&Centric to provide interior design, client monitoring, FF&E procurement, and dressing for the stunning converted mill.

Crusader Mill sits within Manchester’s Piccadilly East; oozing industrial character with exposed brickwork, timber beams, and high ceilings. The former 200-year-old textile mill has been carefully restored by Capital & Centric over several years, with the aspiration for every apartment to have its own individual character.

We loved bringing our clients brief to reality and were focused on creating a place that celebrates and encapsulates the Mancunian essence of this iconic scheme.

This is a huge cause for celebration for Project Studio, and the wider Project Group, as it’s our first award since the studio was set up in January 2022.

The Northern Design Awards bring together designers, retailers, and property developers in a glittering celebration of Northern design and style. Judged by the best in the business, these awards serve to recognise excellence across the North.
