A topping-out ceremony was held this month, with representatives from Leeds City Council, Leeds BID and Leeds Civic Trust, as well as project team members and associated partners.  The project, developed by Manner, was designed with Architects Corstorphine & Wright and Interior Designers, Project Studio. Co-founder Martin Dourish, and Junior Interior Designer Sophie Palmer were in attendance on the day.

Along with bedrooms, the scheme offers more than 19,000 sq. ft of amenity spaces. This will include co-working spaces, gym, private dining and recreational areas, a private cinema, and a roof terrace. It will also provide more than 24,000 sq. ft of prime high street retail.

The Project Studio team are looking forward to completing the project onsite, ready for occupancy from the 2025-26 academic year onwards.
